Scott Moritz of The Street has come up with a new theory of his own, explaining the delays in the delivery of white iPhone 4s. According to him, the reason Apple has delayed the white iPhone 4 until later this year is due to light leaking around the edges of the glass.

He writes

“Apparently, the back light from the iPhone display screen is leaking out around the edges of the glass and seeping through the back of the white phone, according to a person familiar with the manufacturing process.”

Almost 2 weeks after the release of first beta version of iOS 4.1, Apple on Tuesday evening annouced the release of second beta version to the developer community.

iOS4.1Beta2

Hopefully this new release will address the Proximity Sensor Problem that has affected some iPhone 4 owners, which causes the phone’s screen to activate while a call is in progress, causing users to accidentally choose another option on display.

A happy iPhone customer who bought 2 iPhone 2Gs when it hit the market was totally inspirited by iOS. 2 weeks ago he upgraded his iPhone 3G to iOS 4.0 and for the first time he says he was willing to downgrade. He made a video calling it a parody and writes in the description:

“Except over time, it's fulfilled my needs less and less. And it's not because my needs have grown. It's not because I've installed a bunch of laggy software. It's because Apple's firmware has become bloated, with respect to the processing power of the 3G iPhone. I just installed iOS 4 two weeks ago, and at this point, I'd be happy to roll back to the first firmware I ever had, just to have that original speed again; forget about the copy and paste, I don't need it that badly.”

Watch the parody (that is actually the reality):
