Not surprised, the Wi-Fi Sync app by Greg Hughes was rejected from the App store. It’s an app that allows you to sync iPhone / iPod touch wirelessly with iTunes.
Greg tells what Apple says for the rejection of app:
"While he agreed that the app doesn’t technically break the rules, he said that it does encroach upon the boundaries of what they can and cannot allow on their store. He also cited security concerns."
You can get this app from Cydia for $9.99. Surely you need a Jailbreak for this.
