Firefox 3.6.6 is now available for download. It mainly includes the update for crash protection feature that enables Firefox to stop crashing and freezing due to unresponsive plugins. This feature terminates the unresponsive plugin after 10 seconds. For some users it became annoying and they wanted more time before Firefox decides to get rid of the plugin so the time has now been increased from 10 to 45 seconds.
Firefox team has worked with Zynga, the social games developer of games like FarmVille and Café World to ensure the good experience of games using plugins like Flash of Firefox.
