If you are having trouble in copying large files into your USB Flash drives then here is the simple solution. I have experienced that these days the new Kingston USB Flash Drives are giving error when copying 1 file of large size.

I have this KINGSTON 8GB USB Flash drive. When I was copying “Call of Duty Black Ops” ISO of size 7.28GB (That I ripped to run on a PC that doesn’t have a DVD ROM), It gave me the following error.

So I Used a very simple trick and overcame this problem. Here are the simple steps:

1. Right Click on USB

2. Click on “Format…” option

3. Choose “NTFS” in the File System Menu.

4. Change “Allocation Unit Size” to “Default allocation size”.

5. check on “Quick Format” and Press Start.

6. Click “OK”

Now you can copy any size of file (that your USB flash drive can accommodate).
