Sn0wbreeze 2.6 is out and it does tethered jailbreak for all iOS devices except iPad 2. Following is the complete step-by-step guide to jailbreak an iOS device on iOS 4.3.2 using sn0wbreeze 2.6.

Before you go for the guide you must know:

- This jailbreak is for all iOS devices excluding iPad 2.

- This jailbreak is untethered.

- This will not unlock your iPhone. The unlock for iOS 4.3.2 is not available yet. So if you don’t rely on factory unlock, do not upgrade to iOS 4.3.2. - Save your SHSH blobs before going for this jailbreak so that you are able to downgrade back to iOS 4.3.2 if something goes wrong. Read this guide.

How to jailbreak

  1. Download and install the latest version of iTunes if you haven’t.
  2. Download iOS 4.3.2, download links are available here:
  3. Download sn0wbreeze 2.6 and run it. [Download link] image
  4. In IPSW selection window, browse for the downloaded iOS 4.3.2 firmware file and click next. image
  5. Sn0wbreeze will verify the iOS and will notify you when it’s verified.
  6. Click next and select “expert mode” and then click next again.
  7. Now select Build ISPW and click next.
  8. Sn0wbreeze will now modify your firmware and when it is done, your firmware is jailbroken and ready to be restored.
  9. Enter the DFU mode by following the steps shown by Sn0wbreeze, this is to verify if the steps you have performed were successful. If everything get’s done right you will get this message: “Your device is now in a PWNED DFU state…”
  10. Run iTunes and restore your device to the modified iOS 4.3.2 firmware by holding Shift Key (Windows), Clicking restore and browsing the modified iOS 4.3.2 firmware file. Done.
